Terms of Sale

These terms govern sales via fyjxrn.com operated by Fyjxrn s.r.o., Company ID 08763429, registered at Sadová 47, 664 34 Kuřim, Czech Republic.

Orders

Orders can be placed by phone or email. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. Prices are shown in CZK including VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

We deliver across the Czech Republic. Delivery date and shipping cost are confirmed before the order is final. Risk passes to the buyer on handover.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer before dispatch, or cash on delivery where the carrier allows it.

Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods if the goods are undamaged and fit for return. Return shipping is paid by the consumer unless agreed otherwise.

Governing law

Czech law applies. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
